LienLens surfaces what manual searches miss, combining automation and smart matching to give you confidence in every file.
Reduce misses and rework with automation - a consistent, auditable workflow.
Pull data across counties, state, and federal sources; flag likely liens even when data is fragmented.
Our rules + ML heuristics surface liens often missed by manual searches and inconsistent naming.
Integrate with title production, CRM, or LOS systems to trigger searches and retrieve normalized results.
We standardize names, parcels, and addresses for more reliable queries across sources.
Pull from public records and partners, then score potential matches to reduce false negatives.
Return structured results + evidence links via UI or API, with an audit trail for compliance.
Simple REST endpoints with clear schemas and webhooks.
